Who Is Negan From Walking Dead?Negan is a fictional character from the comic series ‘The Walking Dead,’ which also appears in the TV series, in name Negan Smith. He was the leader of a survivor group called Saviors. The group oppresses the other survivors and forces them to pay tributes, in exchange for production against walkers. The character was played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan. His first appearance was in the episode ‘Last Day on Earth’, and his final appearance was in ‘Rest in Peace.
